Choosing between MS or MBA would depend on your interest intend as well as on your education qualification i.e. if you had pursued science at graduate level then M.S. will be a better option, where as if you had any commerce, management or any other graduate degree and have inclination towards management then you may opt for the MBA course.
In India rarely any institutes offers M.S. course. This course is mostly offered by the countries in the West. In India you may substitute this degree with course like M.S.

KSOU are the only known options from where you can go for M.Tech through correspondence but then it is advised to pursue any kind of course through the full time mode due to the quality education and value of the degree as well.

There are hardly options from where you can opt to do Masters in Technology through distance education also it is advised to pursue education through regular mode as that is said be better in all respects whether considering value or quality.
