Although, Flame Pune is a decent college but there is no comparison between FLAME & MICA. If you can I would suggest give your CAT and aim for MICA or if that is possible explore other good options.

You have to apply for the admission against NRI seats by purchasing the form from the institute. You need to be pass in 10+2 with 50% marks and better if you have given the AIEEE architecture exam .
Bring the AIEEE score card and other relevant certificates and proof for seat against NRI quota.
