you can surely change your stream in M.Tech. but u will need to study a lot to cope up during the M.Tech years as your colleagues who have done their graduation in related streams might have already studied a lot of subjects in their graduation .

you have to go and apply in the institute in person. and then the donation amount is what you have to pay for.
i would better recommend you to get the seat from haryana state counselling. as Ansal institute isn't under any recognized university in india. its affiliation is frm sm foreign collaboration.
choose wisely.
also the fee structure is way too costly at Ansal's.

its affiliated to South Asia uNIVERSITY,ANNAMALI UNIVERSITY, cambridge university and now to NIMS jaypur university.
the placement cell is working really fine.
people got placed in companies like google,IBM,Oracle.etc
with start sal around 15k to 25 k
