Both of these two colleges are very good. NIT is a central government set up whereas the BITS has its own importance. You have strong fundamentals in Physics and Chemistry, you should go for ECE but not computer science as computer science needs strong fundamentals of Mathematics. Its dependent on your interest and knowledge my dear and I dont think that there is any need to compare the two colleges.Regards/
