I'll suggest u to take mathematics as an additional subject for 12th boards or take tutions for class 11th n 12th mathematics syllabus. Since CPT ( Common proficiency test) , the entrance test to CA course , consists of a subject called Quantitative Aptitude (Q.A). Q.A consists of topics like Differentiation, Integration, etc which are taught to students in 11th and 12th.

Hi,
Company Secretary is a professional course which is managed by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI)
For pursuing this program the minimum requirement is 10+2 or equivalent examination. Graduates and post graduates who have passed final exams of ICWAI or ICAI are also eligible for this program.
After +2 a student is eligible to take the Foundation Course. Examination can be taken twice a year, in June and December.
Candidates who pass the Foundation examination are eligible to seek registration as students to the Company Secretary ship Course.
The course completes after a preliminary, intermediate and final examination.

To become an engineer, you need to pursue B.E. / B.Tech. You need to complete 12th with minimum 60% (Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry) from recognized board to join good college. However, they are colleges which take students who have scored 45% - 50%. You need to appear in entrance exam.
