She should join a small engineering manufacturing unit, where on-the-job trainig will be given. Do not worry about the salary part, as you are there to protect her daily means.Let her learn the hands-on basic training for at least two years.Thereafter, she can take a better course of path and take a sound decision herself.

You can look at B Schools, whose fees are in the range of Rs.4 Lac. However you also need to ensure, that you do not compromise on the quality of the B School.
