A job of tv news reader is very simple yet challenging , you are placed on a monitor ( auto-script CRT tv ) your job is to read that live rolling news without making any blender . off course they give training for that and they test you before placing you on-air . so develop a good language skill , to say in layman terms you should be very good in reading . news reading job is equal to reading a text book in the elementary school class room , the only difference is in school you do that in front of many students but in the studio, you read before the monitor .
Lastly, you don't have to be great at languages , ability to read words with proper expression is enough . ( give sad expression when telling sad news and slightly have glowing face when reading good news )

You should have a basic degree with a good score , preferably MBA, MCA is best . doing media related diploma courses is not compulsory but it will be a added advantage if you have one .

A university degree or equivalent.
5+ years of relevant experience, demonstrating knowledge of the broadcasting industry and an understanding and awareness of issues and events particular to India or at least Tamilnadu .
Excellent reporting, interviewing and writing skills including live coverage, from in-studio as well as in the field
Credible, effective and authoritative on-air presence and presentation.
Ability to analyse a wide range of subjects and make complex issues easily understood.
Demonstrated ability to generate lively discussions on air, and through social networks
Ability to generate original and innovative material. Interest in a diverse array of subjects.
Established track record in breaking news, strong news judgment and demonstrated the ability to gather from a variety of sources and platforms, and to file to a variety of platforms.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and deadlines.
Strong interpersonal and team playing skills as well as creativity and flexibility.
Ability & willingness to work various shifts and overtime.

Germany is very much known for its technological advancements, especially Automobile and mechanical. Few good universities that you can look for are

Most of the universities have English as the medium of teaching. For admission you might have to give GRE and IELTS / TOEFL. Also education in Germany is government funded, there is a possibility that you might have to pay a minimal fee ranging from euro 140-500.
For more information on German Universities, I would request you to visit the nearest DAAD office. DAAD is officially authorized to provide information about education in Germany. They have offices in major cities in India. If possible go for a German language course as it will help you find a part time job. A student in Germany can work 90 full days or 180 half days.

There are graduate level, Postgraduate level, diploma and certification courses available to pursue in the industry. The post-graduate degree awarded is Master of Tourism Administration (MTA), which is a two year full time programme approved by the Ministry of Tourism, Govt. of India. The Indian Institution of Tourism and Travel Management and some universities offer MTA degree in Tourism. A Post graduate degree can be helpful in getting into managerial and administrative positions in the industry. International Air transport Association (IATA), a World Organisation which provides recognised standard in training to travel, tourism and cargo industry, offers certification courses. Several large travel agencies also offer short-term training programmes, and tend to absorb most of the candidates.
The eligibility for admission to Travel and Tourism courses at the undergraduate level is, higher secondary examination pass.At post-graduate level, eligibility is graduation in any field along with a pass in the entrance test followed by group dicussions and interview conducted by the institute. Proficiency in at least one foreign language is preferred. A diploma in public relations or advertising is helpful from the career point of view.
