To book a seat, you need to apply and get the admission done. Pay Full Fees. Incase you withdraw later to take admission somewhere else - you might get your fee refunded (a part of it gets deducted)as it is normally in most colleges - but to to be sure of this refund fees , check with the college authorities.

OR
Masters degree with at least 50% marks of this University or its equivalent.
Selection process : Department test
As per center of professional courses guide 2019-20, no information is available regarding the eligibility of students in final year of graduation. So because you are in final year of graduation, hence you can not apply.

After clearing the Entrance exam you can take admission to the college anyday if you want and timings are should ne normal college timing
