Incase you withdraw later to take admission somewhere else - you might get your fee refunded (a part of it gets deducted)as it is normally in most colleges - but to to be sure of this refund fees , check with the college authorities.

Eligibility criteria : Bachelors degree with at least 50% marks or a degree recognized by the University or its

Masters degree with at least 50% marks of this University or its equivalent.
Selection process : Department test
As per center of professional courses guide 2019-20, no information is available regarding the eligibility of students in final year of graduation. So because you are in final year of graduation, hence you can not apply.

The 85% of B.Tech seats are filled through JEE Main marks in UIET, MDU, while the rest of 15% seats will be filled through the JEE Mains and on the basis of class 12th marks. However, the preference will be given to JEE Mains ranks holders.
Hence direct admission is very difficult on the basis of class 12th marks only.
