Eligibility for lawyer in India-
1. Five-year course
Qualification- 10 +2 with minimum of 50% marks
Age: Not more than 20 years
2. Three year course
Qualification- Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 50% marks
No age limit
For undergraduate program, there are eleven National Law University that conduct a common entrance test for Bachelors in Law known as Common Law Admission Test (CLAT). Some other universities conduct their own admissions tests. Some of them are Symbiosis Entrance Test conducted by the Symbiosis campus, NLU Delhi Admission Test conducted by NLU Delhi and NLU Orissa Admission Test conducted by NLU Orissa.
Opportunities after LLB-
*Join the Bar Council of India or State Bar Council
*Join legal practice as a civil lawyer or a criminal lawyer
*Join the Judicial Services of the state as a Magistrate after passing an entrance examination and work as a Civil Judge or Judicial Magistrate
*Opt for other options like civil services exams
*Different positions in various government and non-government organizations like Law Firms, Consulting and Advisory Companies
*Specialize in one of the various branches of law namely civil, criminal, corporate, insurance, tax
*Pursue a two-year post graduation course called LLM

US is one of the finest study destination to pursue MBA, however please remember in order to pursue MBA from good universities in US , you need to have atleast 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation.
Besides work experience you also need to have very good academic record, preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation, plus you need to take below mentioned test:
1. GMAT.
2. IELTS or TOEFL.

Please remember application deadlines in American universities for international students are set by the department delivering each program, and these deadlines may be as early as 12 months before the program begins.
Universities in US have 2 admission intake in a year namely:
- Fall(September) intake.
- Spring(January) intake.
In most of the universities the deadline for fall intake is July and for spring intake it is November.
It would be always advisable to take GMAT and TOEFL or IELTS tests atleast 4-5 months in advance of you planned admission intake.
So as per your query I would suggest you to first shortlist the universities where you wish to apply.
Once shortlisted you need to then finalize in which intake you you wish to apply for admission and if you meet the eligibility criteria you may then apply accordingly.
So, as per your query I would suggest you to work for some years after completing your graduation and then opt for MBA from good universities in US.

After successfully completing diploma in mechanical engineering, you may join lateral B.Tech course which will enable you to get direct entry into the second year. Degree course will open more opportunities for you.
* Procedure :
- To take admission, you need to sit for Lateral Entry Entrance Test or LEET which is conducted at state level. Some colleges and Universities too conduct their own lateral entry tests.

Hi ayush, iim also provide resevations. 15% of the seats are reserved for students of Scheduled Castes, and 7.5% for Scheduled Tribes. The OBC have also been given 27% reservation. All aspirants have to appear for Common Admission Test which consists of an Objective type Exam, Group Discussion and Personal Interviews, though the requirements for reserved category candidates can be lower than the general cut-off standard.
