To be eligible for Executive PGDM at IMI Delhi, a minimum aggregate of 60% is required in your Bachelors. Moreover, only those candidates who have work experience of 5 years or more can apply.
At IMI, both the programmes- PGDM and Executive PGDM are good, based on their relevance. Till last year, IMI accepted only corporate sponsored students for Executive PGDM, and has allowed self-sponsored students to take admissions only from this year. Hence, I can not compare the two programmes on the basis of placements. But both the programmes have been designed keeping in view different objectives, and are equally good.
