Dear Sandip,There are lots of Bursaries, scholarship and assistantship available in US for PhD candidates.You should contact respective university deptt which also offer Deptt Scholarships.
Many Indian organization like Agh khan Foundation, Full bright Foundation and KC mahindra also offer scholarship for higher studies in US.
You can also work part time during studies on campus and off campus for 20 hrs/weeks which is not enough to pay tuition fee but to supplement your living cost.
