Hi Harika,
Firstly, this will depend on your personal interest but to have a secure career, you must also see which majors are in demand, these are the popular ones
Electrical insulation, Biomedical engineering, Nanotechnology, Power and energy systems, Wireless communications, Control systems, Electromagnetics, Electronics, and Signal processing to name a few. You should also check Australia's SOL and some career related article to help you know better. Check this too, its an old article but search for similar guides

If you want to go in for cyber security, you should first complete your graduation at least in B.Tech computer Science or B.Tech IT or BCA
Then, you should go for a course to make you CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker).
Getting all the necessary training you will be certified as an ethical hacker on completion and various companies will hire you for IT security.
Go to this website for full detail on CEH.

Candidates will need a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any discipline from a recognized university. They would also need GMAT or other entrance exam scores, essays, recommendation letters, a resume, and a personal statement. Hi Gaurav Singla,
MS in USA can be quite expensive. There are hundreds of public and private universities in USA, and determining the exact MS fees in USA for each university is not an easy task. The average cost of MS in USA in a public university is likely less as compared to the that of the private universities. When one considers the state universities, the average cost of MS in USA varies from $20,000 to $30,000 for the entire two years.
Separately, the Tuition fee is approx (avg.) $45,000
