There is no such batch system for admission in ICSI. But if you wish to take admission for coaching in the institute that they accept 40-50 average students in a single batch.
If in case the batch is full in ICSI than you can opt for private coaching as well and they are better than the coaching provided by ICSI.

If you want to pursue MBA, then prepare for the entrance exam for MBA like CAT, MAT, etc. and secure a good percentile. Remember, you should do MBA from any premier institute rather than going to any random B-schools which clam to provide so and so placement and other facilities.
