The best countries to do Masters in mechanical engineering in Europe are United Kingdom, Germany, France and then comes the number of Italy or the Netherlands and some more countries. In some of these countries, the medium of instruction is English which is a better choice for Indian students as they have studied in English only, but in Germany or some more countries you need to learn German first or that countries language first and then only you will be able to continue for your Master's degree. You have asked a very intriguing and interesting query. If I have understood correctly, you are asking whether after completion of your maritime engineering course is the placement done based on class 10th 12th or Diploma course? No, I don't think so because after the completion of your engineering graduation when you appear for placements interview, the prospective interviewers will give you placement based only on your performance in the graduation or the interview. They normally will overlook your marks of class 10th, 12th or Diploma even if you are being asked to give this information to the incoming placement teams
