Hello,First, you must complete your class 12th in any of the colleges in India or Foreign (You have to quote yourself as an NRI).
You must have:
1. Biology (90 qts)
2. Physics (45 qts)
3. Chemistry (45 qts) as compulsory along with any other optional subject you wish. There is an exam called NEET -National Entrance /Eligibility Test.
Total marks is 720.

For MBA at BITS u need to apply either CAT or GMAT. The application procedure starts from mid of December and deadline will be till mid february. The application will link will be available during the admission period. You need to apply through it. Once you fill in the form. There will we further rounds for admission for which student are shortlisted on basis of their profile and CAT /GMAT SCORE. I. e. GD and Pi, it will be during Marcha or April. And the results will be available from May.

For a mechanical engineer, most apt MBA specialisation could be operations management, as or is closely related and could help mechanical engineers to apply the techniques to shop floor, operations and in the field. Supply chain management is offered in few colleges, and is also apt for mechanical engineers. At tier-1 and 2 colleges however, courses in demand are Finance and marketing, at the end of the day, there is no best course, depends on your interest, aptitude, temperament and passion.
