HI,At a time Embedded system and M.tech embedded system are very best demanded and also dot net or Java is also best for career.But now see which field take better package,so i m say that every course or degree are not take better package or job.Depend on our skill and work.if you are get better package or job,then you doing Java,then you get much better package,but it is very hard course mostly student do not complete.Java language are very power full and demanded in every company.In this field much better package,but job is very less.Java course are very long and different from another language.on other hand,Dot net is also very demanded,but package is very medium from java and also job have very much more from java.Dot net are very popular in few year ago,but at a time Dot net is down from say that mostly large company.but few small company are required Dot net so you few student are doing this course.I m say that you doing Dot net or java which is best for you and better for your career.
