Hi Anjali,
The best way to improve your communication is to read more and more of good English books. While reading also keep a dictionary along with you and make a note of all the new words that you come across and then try and use it in your day to day conversations.
One more thing i would like to say is that most of the people speak good English but often get nervous when they are speaking in public meetings, interviews, debates etc. or when they try to speak very fast. so nervousness can also be another reason. So, be confident and try and speak slowly and clearly so that you have enough time to choose the right word.
Hope this helps.

Hi Harshit,
Frankly speaking advisable is that you should opt for a full time MBA program as it not only gives you a good practical exposure but also helps you in getting good job placements, but you need to keep in mind that to get the best returns on investment you should opt for a good B School which has a market value.
However, as you are working with Airtel, if you feel that you can grow in this company then you should work for some years and when you reach a middle management level you can plan for an EMBA.
The opinion on this may vary but remember that we are here to guide you and the last decision would be yours.
Hope this resolve
