you can do a full time course with specialization in marketing. Since you have a strong background of being in army, so according to your personality, you can pick up B2B i.e. Business to Business as your core area of specialization. you write CAT, MAT or XAT and as per the percentile that you score you'll get calls from various colleges. Since you are willing to do in 2018, the choice of institution can be done in the later part.
BTW if you are working somewhere then you can even go for the executive MBA which is for 1 year only.
