Masters in US is one the best decision because it is a place where you will get better exposure towards the world practically and technically, even though you get this exposure in other countries but in US you will be unique in your technical area,
Masters in Computer Science or related to your bachelors will recommended for you , if you really interested in you own area . For getting admission in US universities each and every universities have different criteria so you choose the institute where you want to study and give exams according to it .
Most probably university often ask for TOFEL,GRE and now some accepts IELTS as
