But Part time MBA is Best only for Working Professionals and You have already working in a Company and you have already more than 2 year experience then Part time MBA is Very beneficial for you.
Part time MBA is best only for Working Persons, If you are working and interested in MBA course then please do MBA from Part time from the best colleges of India.
Regular MBA is only best for Continuing Candidates. Yes its true that regular MBA is beneficial as compared to part time and the preference is only given first to Regular Candidates, But if you have already working in a company with more than 2 year experience then MBA from part time is very good and beneficial for you and you will get preference first in any other companies, So if you are interest in MBA course then please dont worry it will helps you lot and you will get success after completing MBA.

If you mean Sikkim Manipal University(SMU) for Distance Education, then as per its official website, the Directorate of Distance Education, Sikkim Manipal University would henceforth be conducting an Entrance Test (SMAT- SMUDE Management Aptitude Test) for admission to its MBA program.
All eligible candidates are required to take the SMAT and secure a minimum forty percent mark for admission to the MBA program.

As per your concern, you have two options,
1)
Managing MSW and MBA together will be strenuous task as both demands proper time. Opt for both together ONLY if you feel that you can balance both.
Also, two regular courses can't be pursued together. If one is regular and the other is distance course, you may go for it. It would be advisable to contact both the university officials directly before joining.
OR
2)
You may go for MSW first and then work for few years in private or public sector. After gaining a valuable work experience of a year or two you may finally get a clear picture about your interest area, then it will be easier for you to choose the specialization in MBA. However, if you wish to pursue MBA after MSW then MBA HR would be the best option.
The choice entirely depends on you. So, think and decide wisely where do you wish to see yourself in future.
