Dear Tabeeb, Unlike in India, foreign countries have a different structure of education and support for their graduates who complete the programs. In countries like the UK, the concept is of a Career Fair which is where the companies would be and we as a student upon shortlisting by the university would be visiting the fair area and meeting probable companies. The main point to be noted is that in UK, you do not get a job only because of a single point that yo have studied from XYZ institution. The job is provided to rightly qualified person who can provide details to the company as to why they should be taken for the job. As such the rule under UKBA mentions that for a employee to be provided with a tier 2 (work visa) the job offer should not be less than 20,000 GBP p.a. So the simple fact is you have to be able to convince your employer that you are the best choice for them so that they can offer you a salary of atleast 20,000 GBP and you can easily have a contract and a work visa to work in the UK.

ideally taking animation after 10+2 would be the best a you could go for the degree. however, if there is a compelling reason for going earlier then it can be discussed. However, you must first check if you're suited for Animation. Animation is an art form and a very demanding career. It has ample opportunities for the creatively talented people. Opportunities lie in animation design, game design, graphics, storyboarding, 3d modelling, texturing and lighting, Dynamics and VFX and of course animation. However, choosing between these must be done after seeing your performance in each of these. Typically you should have good sketching skills to be able to make a sound career in this (if you work hard you can improve your drawing skills tremendously). Nothing but your innermost talent and passion should lead you to the course and the institute you choose. Go speak to people over there and see if you like their philosophy and they change your perspective.Try their website for more details. Also remember that Animation requires good mentoring. Go ahead do your CA. I would like to tell you that If you do your training with some reputed firm you will get good package. Clear your CA in First attempt and try to be in merit. You will get great package.
Regarding job market, yes I completely agree that job market is a bit on lower side, the average package of CA has decreased to 5 lakhs p.a., but it will not be same in future.
Well if you want good package than you will have to be in merit in whichever field you choose. Today engineers and MBA's are doing jobs in the packages of 1-3 lakhs p.a., if they are not form IIT, IIMs or other Top colleges. So if you want high package right from beginning be on merit otherwise you will have struggle for 1 to 3 years than you will get settled.
