No, it is not possible to avoid any one of them. You need to clear all the backlogs otherwise you will be awarded with "not fit for technical studies". Every day has a new beginning. Collect notes, study hard and rock the exams. You will be able to do that.

Hi, It is very hard to name universities. Every university has its own admission policies, you must, therefore, check individually. If your degree is recognized by UGC, it should be recognized abroad but again it depends on the university. Please email them.

MA is one options available. If you are not interested to pursue MA, then MBA is the next option, but for that you must score well in CAT or MAT exam. Another option is to complete B.Ed and opt for teaching.

For general category it is 480-500, for OBC it is 465-479, for CS it is 344-312 and for ST it is 295. But, it depends on the level of questions asked in NEET. So, no one can predict accurate cutoff for the same.
