Minimum educational qualification required is a pass in (10+2) or any other equivalent examination with English as one of the subjects and with 45% (40% for reserved category) of aggregate marks in Physics, Mathematics and one of the subjects of Chemistry / Biology / Computer Science / Electronics / Biotechnology.
Diploma Holders in appropriate branch of Engineering from the Board of Technical Education, Government of Karnataka or any other Diploma qualification considered equivalent thereto by this University, are also eligible for admission.
Admission Procedure
Admissions are done on the basis of performance in the Entrance Exam COMED-K conducted by the Association of Managements for all the B.E. courses

To pursue Masters in UK, you need to have:
Good academic record, preferably 60% plus in graduation.
Relevant undergraduate degree fro recognized university.
IELST score of 6-7 bands plus.

I believe that major concern is always with the placements, for the same, I would say that whichever college you may opt for, apart from the assistance from the placement team you need to make your own efforts as no institute can guarantee you that as it entirely depends on your capabilities and utilization of skills at the right time.
I would also say that not to worry so much and start preparing for the next step that is Group Discussion and Personal Interview.
For your knowledge, key factors include humility, patience, objectivity, open-mindedness and an ability to look at things from other people's points of view.It's even about listening attentively to what the other people has to say so as to proactively participate in the discussion.
