Hello! An MBA is given by a university whereas a PGDM is given by a college affiliated to AICTE. Both are considered equivalent; what matters more is from which institute you're pursuing them. For example, a PGDM from a top-ranked college is any day valuable than an MBA from an average college. And vice-versa.
