Yes, you can get admission with these marks, but you need to pass any of the English speaking proficiency tests like IELTS TOEFL, GRE etc. as well.

If you really want a bank job, then I suggest you to do an MBA in banking and finance, because here, you will get both things i.e. banking experience and processing knowledge along with basics of Business Administration, a full time MBA will be best but it depends on your situation that either you want full time MBA or distance MBA.
