Being a fresher is not a limiting factor for MBA admission and for placements what matters is your overall consistent academic performance, extra -curricular achievements and how well you do during the GD/PI process. Hello there,
If you really want a bank job, then I suggest you to do an MBA in banking and finance, because here, you will get both things i.e. banking experience and processing knowledge along with basics of Business Administration, a full time MBA will be best but it depends on your situation that either you want full time MBA or distance MBA. After pursuing your MBA, you can work as an intern or trainee in a bank or chances are that you can get placed in banking sector but placements are only in full time MBA. Now, most important thing studies and work cannot be done simultaneously, although some institutes allow their students to work along with studies but the curriculum is so arranged that students do not suffer, main thing is that you should focus on one thing at a time, rest I leave to your wisdom.
