Hello Nadeem,
The CMAT score should be a bit higher that what you have scored. However, that does not mean you can't get through to admissions. Try calling the college after a month or so to check the possibility. The CET cut off is around 96 percentile. Have you registered for MH CET? If not, do so fast. The deadline is approaching.

Hello Sumit,
These are Portugal's top universities, but the recruitment scenario in India is different. I will advice you to write to the universities in this regard. Also check, if the degree and the business school is AACSB or AMBA accredited. If they are accredited, I don't see a reason why you won't be recognized here.
You would also require to achieve good grades and have excellent communication and leadership skills. I will further advice you to check with Indian companies for a list of recognized universities and the universities they typically hire from. Understand the type of people they hire. Networking is must.
Best Wishes.

Mahesh,
The percentages are taken into consideration while short-listing from large group of candidates in a short-listing process. In certain cases, depending on the chosen criteria, you may face some issue in getting shortlisted further.
But, when you reach to the interview stage, there will not be much issue on basis of you marks;
Rather your
1. Understanding of the field,
2. The job which you applying for &
3. Qualities required for the profile, will be considered for you to grab the job.
So, don't worry about past marks much. Build up your profile with addition of knowledge required in the field via MOOCs and other sources.
