It is not mandatory that you need well versed profile to do good in your PI. Just be yourself and justify your decisions you have taken in your life regarding your career, graduation or other activities you have mentioned in your CV.

HI Sanood, On the personal Interview day will be a written exam (amat) followed by extempore and then PI. In Extempore they will give u a topic with preparation time 3 mins and after then you have to give a speech for 5-7 mins in-front of students and the interview panel. In PI don't get nervous just tell the truth don't bluff. Focus more on extempore and PI . for more details go through the link below; http://bus.alliance.edu.in/web/mba-admissions.php

Dear Girdhar78516,
There is no fixed percentile level (upper and lower) for both general and other categories. It is subjective for IIM Shillong as your academic background, 10th, 12th and graduation scores, work experience, diversity that you bring to the batch etc. factors are also given considerable importance.
Hope it helps!
Thanks

Yes , definately you can secure admission in retail management course as the cuttoff for MAT is around 80 percentile and you have 85 percentile but getting a call does not gurantee admission , you need to appear for GD and PI based upon your performance in these processes ,you would be able to get admission.
