MBA in HR is a good specialisation. All the organisations do have a mandatory HR department. There are various fields like Labour management, people management, pay scale management and other industry specific roles. They do have a good pay scale based on the experience. MBA in HR is one of the good option, if you have a keen interest in this field. Some good colleges for MBA-HR are TISS SCMHRD, SIBM, XIMB, XLRI, SP JAIN, TAPMI, apart from Iims.
