You will have to clarify your situation with college authorities, if they will permit you to sit for semester 8 exams, or if you can appear for semester 7 exams at a later date. Most colleges have a provision wherein they allow their students to clear their backlog exams at a later date. Request you to find out dates for these exams from the relevant authorities in your college. Regards.

In order to pursue a course in photography, there is no eligibility criteria as such except that, you should have cleared your class 12 from a recognised board of education. The only possible requirement from the teaching college might be that you should possess a DSLR camera. Hi Nabinesh Behera, German universities require 13 years education, this is the most important thing you have to know if you are applying for B.Tech. After completing your 12th, you have to clear IIT-JEE Adv or complete the first year of a Bachelor's degree to be eligible. You must also learn the German language because undergraduate courses are taught in German. Also, you have to take the IELTS.

In order to take admission in National College of Media and Communication for sound engineering, you should have cleared your class 12th from a recognized board of education in any stream. You can directly connect with the Institute for admission. There is no cut-off for this course.

Your percentile is fair enough, but not good, but still you have a fair chance of getting IMS, through DTE counselling. Else, you could also try for good colleges, outside Madhya Pradesh.
