for jee main you have prepare just your 11 and 12 class pcm ncert books and for jee adv there some additional topic which are not included in ncert books so you have to first check the syllabus and prepare for that.

When XLRI ask to submit the marksheet, then you should submit all the marksheets which prove that you have passed the course. So, the backlog sheets are not necessary.
