Definitely Balaji. It has decent placements, good campus and low fee structure which gives it an edge over others. Biggies like Amazon have started recruiting from Balaji Institutes and offered a salary package of 14 LPA last year.

Hello dear, your concept is totally wrong or u may say those people having no concept who says that companies do not recruit pgdm. One example is enough to make u understand the scenario that IIMs offer pgdm programme. There is no difference between mba and pgdm (recognised by aicte). Mba is offered by universities while pgdm is offered by autonomous institutes. The course curriculum of pgdm is more updated from mba curriculums. Hope u understand. All the best. Thank you.

It is really tough to directly comment any institute best or not or answer which is the best institute in a city or country , especially for domains like animation and VFX or gaming where many institutes offer many types of courses for different duration for the almost all the same pipeline .
We need to see the content of the course , duration, cost , infra, earlier students outputs and skill developed , in-time course completion record , certification process & delivery of certificate in time etc.
Also Same Brand has different centers and branches and fortunately/unfortunately all does not perform the same . Some centers are doing great

Since you have no work experience, you cannot apply to MBA programs but you can apply for MIM programs. A good GMAT score can land you in a good college but make sure you score such that it compensates for you low GPA.

The college as well as recruiters according to their policies does not allow to disclose the job profiles offered to students. But, you can look for the placement report available on the college website for the companies which visited the campus as well as for the salary figures. Also, the banking sector in India is growing rapidly and therefore, it is sure to generate great opportunities in the future.
