NIBM offers specialized PGDM course in core banking and financial services with course curriculum that is designed to meet the requirements of banking and finance industry. As you may be aware that NIBM is an autonomous apex institute set up by the RBI and banks. It is really tough to directly comment any institute best or not or answer which is the best institute in a city or country , especially for domains like animation and VFX or gaming where many institutes offer many types of courses for different duration for the almost all the same pipeline .
We need to see the content of the course , duration, cost , infra, earlier students outputs and skill developed , in-time course completion record , certification process & delivery of certificate in time etc.
Also Same Brand has different centers and branches and fortunately/unfortunately all does not perform the same . Some centers are doing great

Normally a 1 year course cost something around 1 Lac + , 18 months with in 2L & 3 years 3 to 4L , normally you will get good emi option with 0% interest rate . Its just a rough idea , but depends on brand, location, course content , institute repo etc.
