Yes. you can pursue MBA in IT after completing BCA. As it is a good decision as you are opting for post graduation. But if you do not have any experience than first work because after getting experience and than doing MBA it will benefit you in market as you will complete your MBA degree an having work experience so you will get good package. Or else you can do MBA IT if you want .

Eligibility for B.COM (H)-
10+2 (any stream) from a recognized board of education.
Commerce stream/ Maths subject is however preferable.
No entrance test. Admissions are strictly on merit basis.
