Civil engineering and Architecture are two different courses, and there is no course which has come as an amalgamation of the two, but yes, its a good idea to have such a course.

2nd is admission against cancellation
3rd is institute level seats
Few colleges have started institute level seats so you can search the colleges around and ask them whether they have institte level seats
Few colleges have started admissions for institute level
It is basically offline admission where college is alloted seats which it can fill on its own apart from cap seats and where you dont have to give donation
There are also minority which admission have also started
Like thakur ,lala,durgadevi saraf hve hindi minority quota
Somaiya has gujarati quota
Rizvi has muslim quota

The cut-off varies year after year. Most colleges have a different provision for admission. You need to contact the institute officials personally for specific admission details as it differs from one college to another.Always remember, you should pursue a stream/course based on two things :
-your career goal
-the type of job you want to do

First, find your interest. Engineering is not only the field to get employed or to succeed. There are various interesting fields. If you are not interested in engineering then after dropping engineering you can take fresh start from B.Com, B.Sc., BBA+MBA or agriculture. Also, you can do animation and multimedia.

Bimtech has good placement for marketing than that of finance. If we see the previous record their are more companies coming for placing people in Marketing rather than in finance. when more companies come for marketing packages are also more compared to finance
