I would suggest that instead of doing B.Tech all over again, you should do M.Tech from Australia. This will give you an additional higher degree and also offer good jobs in Australia.

LLB programme is only possible after graduation in any degree. If you want to pursue law, it is possible to do it after 12th as well that is via BALLB, B.Com LLB or BBA LLB and its duration is 5-years.

Yes, you can take admission in FIIT-JEE. If you do not perform well in the entrance examination, you may talk to the institute for more insights. Basically, the exam taken by the institute is to find some great talents and to provide a scholarship to the needy ones.

First, please note that there is no difference between these degrees in terms of value and scope. BE and B.Tech have similar scope and future and on the same time ME and M.Tech have same scope future.
We have two types of universities, one that offers degrees in many fields like Sciences, Arts, Education and Engineering too, and the second set of universities (were named as institutes) offer only degrees in engineering. Universities those offer other degrees along with engineering named their engineering degree as BE (Bachelor of Engineering) and Institute constituted for only Engineering studies named their degree as B.Tech
