Firstly, I want to clarify the meaning:
BCA:
BCA stands for Bachelor in Computer Application. This course is designed specifically for students who are interested in learning computer languages. The students here are more towards application of knowledge
B.Tech:
B.Tech is popularly known by the name of engineering by everyone. It offers the most specialization and is better per se as compared to both the above courses. B.Tech has comparatively the most number of students applying per year.

Duration for B.Tech 4 Years & Dual Degree Course require 5 Years
Now BCA gives a student with a solid platform to further his career in the field of technology but it is strongly recommended that a student should opt for MCA to further his prospects in this competitive world. BCA is a good course but it is simply a Bachelors level degree and not much importance is given by both private and government organizations especially when compared to a B.Tech course.
IT and Computer Engineers who have completed their B.Tech program are not only in great demand in IT industries but in sectors like banks, airlines, and manufacturing industry. India is the main outsourcing hub for international projects from the US or the UK. B.Tech students with good academic records may also get hired as research analysts.

BBA is 3 year Bachelor's degree in Commerce and Business Administration. BBA program usually includes general business courses and advanced courses for specific functional areas such as Finance, HR, IT, Marketing etc. BBA graduates get entry-level supervisor and junior management positions in various types of industries in different management functions. BBA graduates start their career as trainees. In order to grow in career, a BBA graduate would require an MBA to move up the ladder.
BBA /BMS courses are designed for all stream students. You are eligible to seek admission in BBA after Science stream in 10+2. You will have advantage over arts students in clearing BBA entrance examinations because of your superior numerical and data interpretation capabilities

JEE Mains and JEE Advanced are two different engineering entrance exams. JEE Mains is conducted just after 12th Boards in the month of April. Clearing Mains, you can get a rank and admission into the NITs (National Institute of Technology), IIITs, and various other colleges like Amity. Many private colleges admit students through the Mains score too. JEE Mains paper 1 has 90 MCQ Single Correct Option questions. 30 each from Maths, Physics and Chemistry. Marking Scheme is +4, -1. And full marks in 360. JEE Mains paper 2 is only for those interested in Architecture and is not for B.Tech admission, but B.Arch admissions. Clearing the cutoff in Mains paper 1 will make you eligible for JEE Advanced exam. Clearing JEE Advanced and getting a decent rank will land you in IITs. It is conducted in the month of May. JEE Advanced has 2 papers of 3 hours each. The full marks, marking scheme, question pattern everything varies every year (in 2016 full marks was 372 while in 2015 it was 504). The level of questions in JEE Advanced is higher than that of Mains and it has Multiple correct option type, integers, matrix and paragraph questions. JEE Mains tests your memory and basic concepts while Advanced tests your core concepts. Every year 12+ lac students appear for Mains and only 1.52 lac students qualify for Advanced. (Given that you are serious in your preparation, getting a decent rank in Mains and qualifying for Advanced is easy, so don't think that getting in top 2 lac will be difficult).
