It sounds like a good decision. If you are keen to pursue a career in banking and finance then MBA in the same field will be a good decision. Since work experience is required for MBA programmes abroad especially if you want to do it from a good university, it is wise you gain some experience from the banking sector itself and pursue your MBA in the same specialisation. It's good to know your ambition. You must first make attempts to get Admission in any of the IIT's or NIT's. If for some reason you could not get admission then only you should try for a private college.

A biology student can join B.Com course. All, you need is to prepare for its entrance that includes data interpretation, general English, logical reasoning and general awareness. You need to crack the entrance to get admission in B.Com.
There are many colleges and universities offering B.Com but you really need to hurry up because the last date for filling up the forms is coming close.
For IPU, the last date for filling up the form is 18th April 2017.

Since you are pretty much interested in computers, you may go for B.Tech in computer science from any top reputed colleges. You can also go for BCA, but in terms of exposure and great packages, B.Tech is better than BCA.
