You have not mentioned what you have done. In case you are a graduate you can go for MBA in retail management, operations management etc for better job prospects. In case you have not done graduation then you can do bachelors in business administration/ computer applications/ hotel management etc. All these course can be done through distance education mode too.
Many universities like IGNOU, LPU, SMU are offering lot many course through distance mode. Check their websites for more details.

Yes, you can do it if you had PCM in 12th and you fulfill their eligibility criteria for direct admission. Otherwise you can give LPU NEAT-UG test for admission. In case you did have science (PCM) in 12th then you can do a diploma in Civil engineering and after that take lateral entry in B.Tech 2nd year.
