Hi Abhishek,
You have to appear for an exam which happen in January every year and prepare well for quant, LR, DI and calculus. Some basic level of stats is also necessary. Starting preparation from now is also important as it would give you enough time to revise. Hope this helps.

Hi Ramneet,
Requirements vary from country to country. If you are looking to study in US you must take SAT and SAT subject tests (optional). SAT is not mandatory for other countries but recommended. In addition to SAT you must take English language proficiency tests such as TOEFL or IELTS. If you can specify the programme and country perhaps I can guide you better.

1- Applied Petroleum Engineering Upstream

2- Chemical Engineering Downstream

3- Automotive design engineering

But its not the matter of stream its actually the matter of interest, whether you're interested in these streams or not, there is too much students in these three streams in UPSES, but these branch have high scope in UPES like private colleges but CSE has the scope all over the India. So just go with your interest, if you choose upper three then there is high chances that you get placed, and in CSE you can also be placed but not have a surety in UPES.

When I say right candidate, that is not only a person who has completed a course and got a certificate but a skillful person with good attitude and professional behavior.
