Since you have completed class 12th in PCM, you now can do graduation in either engineering or Bachelor of Science in any of the 3 subject. So, now it depends on you whether you want to learn more in single subject or want to utilize your skills in engineering day-to-day problems. See, here is the key - try to know about yourself what type of mind you have. Means you want to learn again as in school about the subject or want to learn different subjects in engineering and then want to utilize your learning.

Hello Riyaz,Without doubt, the best place to do aeronautical engineering is IIT-Mumbai. The second spot perhaps is claimed by Institute of Science in Bangalore. After these two there are many other Institutions which offer aeronautical engineering but these days many state governments allow students with the domicile of the state only to appear and seek admission in those colleges and hence you can pursue colleges in your state only. Best wishes to you.
