You can but the way is through management quota. In this case, you have to pay higher than others to get a seat. I will suggest you give KCET and JEE Mains and score well in them. If you have not given these exams, only then go for management quota to take admission.

AIIMS exam has a bit higher level than NEET. Assertion- reason type questions are far more common in AIIMS than NEET. In addition to that, there is also a small component of general knowledge. This, added with lesser seats, leads to higher competition.

I would suggest you to take the decision of overseas education because you have 8 years of work experience and your academic profile is perfect for Overseas studies, because you have a good profile you can easily get admission in a reputed University in USA, UK, Canada & Australia. With these marks, you will not get any government or autonomous college across the nation for CSE. Though, if you have a passion for it, you can get into one of the private university and practise the academics there.
