As you are pursuing undergraduate course in IT, it would always be advisable to you, to pursue masters in the same field as it will further enhance you knowledge.
There are many good universities in US which offers IT related courses in US, you can choose to do specialization in:
1.MS Computer science.
2.MS Information management.
3.MS .MS Information systems.
4.MS .MS Software engineering.
Find below some the good universities in US offering these courses:
1.Missouri university of science and technology.
2.University of Bridgeport.
3.Marist College.
4.California Lutheran university.
5.Long Island University.
In order to get admission in MS course in US you need to have good academic background throughout preferably 605, GRE score of 1200 plus and TOEFL score of 80-90 plus.

It would be difficult to find many Institutes giving such courses, but you may try through ICAI, BIFM & India Bulls for Taxation courses, there are also Diploma level courses in Taxation law through institutes such as: Symbiosis Law School, Symbioisis University, Shivaji University, Dr. V.N. Bedekar Institute of Management Studies, Narayandas Sarwottamdas Law College.
You can also opt for TRP certification which is supported by govt. and training conducted by NIIT centres. For more information please check the links below:

Hello Mr C. L. Tegta, As your daughter has completed a level 7 programme in NZ, she is eligible for a 1 year job search visa. She can download the general work visa form from the website, fill it and approach the nearest immigration office in NZ. The details of the fees can be checked online. Also, if she has any queries, she can call up the toll free immigration phone number in NZ and seek clarifications.
For PR, she can approach a lawyer or a licensed immigration consultant once she obtains a skilled job in NZ.
