Hi Suman,
As there is no neutral public ranking on the basis of which one can decide upon the best Pilot training college, so it would be difficult to tell you the best or the second best, but I am placing a link below which gives you the list of DGCA approved colleges:
http://tinyurl.com/6bw6bzd
There are 40 colleges all over India. Also browse through the following links:
https://www.shiksha.com/getArticleDetail/260/Commercial-Pilot-Training
https://www.shiksha.com/getArticleDetail/332/Pilots-Nature-Of-Work-Earnings
Hope this will be of help. Feel free to put up more queries In case your query is resolved please close this question by cho

Hi Akshay, Other ways or entering IITs for Higher Studies other than GATE entrance exam is to
1. Qualify JRF entrance conducted by CSIR
2. Qualifying the National Eligibility Test conducted by UGC.
Upon clearing the exams, you'll be receiving the eligibility certificate within 4 weeks through which you can continue your higher education. Added to this there are certain fellowships scholarships basing on the type of studies you are planning to take up.
For further details log on to www.ugc.in.
Warm regards,
Gomti

Hi Vikash,
There are several private Institutes all over India providing Marine Engineering programmes, but it would not be possible to give you the names of those colleges who accept donations so, you need to get in touch with various colleges and get the details. Few of the Institutes providing Marine Engineering programmes are: AMET University, International Maritime Institute, MMTI, and VELS University etc.
For more information check the links below:

Hi Pranay,
Different Institutes calculate ranking by different methodology, and most of the ranking would involve the data of other students for calculation, so it would be difficult to give you details of your ranking. My suggestion would be that you should directly get in touch with the University to get details of your ranking.
For your convenience I am placing a link, do check it:

Dr. Shivanshu Bhadoria is absolutely correct. If you still want to pursue this course you can do it from PTU.

if you want to change the college you can there is no requirement of documents just need transfer certificate from that college where r u reading now that you can get in a day or in a week it depends on the rule of the college, if it is pvt college they can take some time but if it is govt college they will give u soon. but if u change university then u need migration from the existing university that can take time.
