HI Shashank, agreeing with Ankit, I would suggest you the same. There is no dearth of good universities in India. Even for PG, you can opt IITs. As India lacks research facilities and does not have the latest equipment (unless scenario changes by the time you complete your masters), you can go for PhD abroad.
All over the world a lot of importance and facilities are given to PhD students and PhD holders.

Hi you must make sure that you are really passionate about entering into this field as the jobs are decreasing day by day in India as per the student ratio entering in, and I have also done this course and sitting jobless for the past 8 months, I have finished the course and also cleared my papers and also the promises made by the colleges or Govt. are not counted now, so be alert and avoid any cources in Indian Aviation, Very High investment, long duration for recovering the investment and high gains but takes a very long time!!!
