B.pharm and engineering both have very good scope. both are considered as professional course.
B.Pharma and B.Tech are both graduation courses and they are related to different fields. B.Pharma is related to the medical line whereas the B.Tech/Engineering is related to the Technical line.
Engineering has got HUGE scope as compared to the B.Pharmacy line. Its not to be compared even. Engineering has many branches like ECE, CSE, CE, ME, EEE, IT, etc. but B.Pharmacy has only one line.
Also its main profession is that you can open your own Medical shop. But Engineering has got scopes that you can go abroad, work in MNC's, in top projects etc.
But rest the decision is up to you.

GMAT is on line aptitude & reasoning test, conducted round the year and test duration is 4 hours. Fees is $250 and paid through credit or debit card. GMAT test is having 800 marks and successful candidates score between 500-600.
TOEFL is on line English proficiency test, conducted round the year and total marks are 300. Score of 200-250 is required. Fees is $130.
Tuition fee of MBA from USA is around $30,000 per year from top private colleges. from state owned universities this fee is in the range of $20,000. Apart from that you require $700-1000 per month as living expenses. Universities allow limited hours per week for job which usually pay @ of $15 per hour.
VISA norms are very stringent for USA where you will have to produce financial documents to prove that you have your own means to sustain there as student.

In India the equivalent degree is MBBS. Internationally, the same degree is known as 'M.D. Physician'.
To get admission for MBBS here, you have to appear for competitive qualifying examinations known as CET. Most of them have already taken place. You can yet give it a try though, if you wish.
A better option, which a lot many Indian students themselves choose, is to complete your MBBS in Russia and get an internationally recognized degree that is equal to a degree received in any European country (as per the laws of the Bologna Convention) and practice in India or whichever country in the world like thousands of our Indian students (more than 50% girls) are already doing.
Finish your entire course in INR 12 - 15 lacs (universities being government universities and hence fees subsidized by the government)
