as you said that you want to join EC ( Electronics and communication ) , CS (Company Secretary) and IT ( Information Technology ) these three are very good fields
you can go any of them but there three fields are different courses

B.pharm and engineering both have very good scope. both are considered as professional course.
B.Pharma and B.Tech are both graduation courses and they are related to different fields. B.Pharma is related to the medical line whereas the B.Tech/Engineering is related to the Technical line.
Engineering has got HUGE scope as compared to the B.Pharmacy line. Its not to be compared even. Engineering has many branches like ECE, CSE, CE, ME, EEE, IT, etc. but B.Pharmacy has only one line.
