From past years cutoff of SIBM Pune, one needs to score around 98 percentile to get a call for next round. Anything above 98 percentile is a safe bet for next round.
Two years fee for SIBM is around 13-14 lakhs including mess and hostel fee. Please refer to below link for more information :

The minimum eligibility to do a post-graduation is bachelors. Since you're saying you already have a bachelors, so pursuing a Post-graduation shouldn't be an issue for you. There are various colleges providing PGDM and MBA in International Hotel Management in India. Some of the premier colleges providing this course are INLEAD, Gurgaon, Chitkara Business School etc. If you're interested in applying for the current session and don't want to lose a year, I recommend you to apply right away as the admissions are only on till June end.

There are slim chances of you getting a decent college with that rank. Good news is that you can still fulfill your MBA dream as admissions are still open in colleges like INLEAD, Gurgaon, Sharda University, LPU etc. If you don't want to lose your one year, you need to apply to these premier institutes right away, as the admissions for the batch of 2015-2017 would be closed by June end.

In order to pursue full time MBA or PGDM program you need:
Graduation in any field with at least 50% aggregate marks to be eligible to apply.Then, you need to clear the selection process of the B-school, starting with an entrance test accepted by the B-School. For e.g. CAT, MAT, SNAP, CMAT.
The selection process in B-schools is generally based on:
- Past academic record
- Scores in management entrance tests
- Performance in Group Discussion
