Germany is a country known for technical advancement, specially mechanical, automobile and related courses.
But as a friend, I would suggest you not to go for Bachelors as you need to go for 1 to 1.5 yrs of bridging course. Rather, you may purse Bachelor's in India or any other European country and then you may opt for further advance education in Germany.
