Dear Ilu, to become writer, your story telling ability, narrative power and keen observation traits will be under the focus. How good are you in these traits would be known only when someone decide to publish your work and subsequent response. You can change your college either in 3rd semester or in 5th semester, provided your college gives NOC and in the college, you are seeking admission, at least one seat is lying vacant in the same branch. Both the colleges should be under the same university. Branch change is possible in 3rd sem only, but again, there should be at least one vacant seat in the desired branch. If more candidates apply for branch change for less number of available seat, then seat is allotted based on merit.
