DTE of tech education of each state has a matrix of eligibility for lateral admission on their website and I would recommend you to download it and read it carefully. Also it will tell you procedure of admission. But why Aerospace Engineering? Opportunities for placements are very low compared with EEC. I would strongly advise you to seek lateral admission in your own branch for a good career.
