It depends on the college in which you are taking admission in as in the private college the fees is exorbitantly high and in the government college the fees is moderate and in that also you might get the scholarship that would result in the very low fees.

Europe is actually easier from the visa point of view. I only say easier because once you get the job, the visa is not subject to a variable not under your control. No lottery if you find an employer willing to grant you a visa. However, to find such an employer, there are two factors that have to be considered:

Shivaji College is way better than Aryabhatta College. Shivaji is ranked 59th in India by Ministry of Human Resource Department's (MHRD) National Institute Ranking Framework (NIRF). While Aryabhatta College is nowhere in the top 100 colleges of India.
